Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and property, along with full use of the Blue Mountain Lake Community amenities.

☀ Community Rules 📜 – After booking, we’ll send important information about the property, house rules, and Big Bass Lake community guidelines.

☀ Primary Renter 🚗 – Must be at least 25 years old to book and stay.

☀ Pet Fee 🐶 – A nominal pet fee applies and must be paid prior to arrival.

☀ Quiet Hours 🌙 – Please observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

☀ Parking 🚘 – On-site parking is available for multiple vehicles.

☀ Smart Door Lock 🔑 – A personalized access code will be provided prior to check-in for easy, contactless entry.

💧 Pool Heating & Access Information

• The private pool at the home opens for the season on May 10th and closes mid-October.

• The community pool and splash pad typically open Memorial Day weekend and close mid-September.

 → If you’re booking for September, please message us to confirm amenity availability.

• Pool use is included at no additional cost.

• Optional pool heating is available for $75 per day (2-day minimum – $150 total).

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you’d like the pool heated for your arrival.
